From time to time during the building and testing of electronic circuitry, you will need test equipment in addition to ordinary hand tools and a digital multimeter (DMM).  In order to meet these needs, details for constructing "tinker tools" are provided here.   If you already have access to suitable test equipment, well and good, you are ahead of the game.  If not, the test gear modules are relatively easy to build, and make useful additions to your workbench.
